Terms of Use
Effective August 28, 2026
Fire Sale Operating System
These Terms of Use govern access to Fire Sale Operating System (FSOS), an internal business application operated by EBISUG LLC. By accessing FSOS, you agree to these terms.
Authorized internal use
FSOS is provided only to users authorized by EBISUG LLC for legitimate inventory, warehouse, marketplace, and financial-reporting activities. Users must protect their credentials, follow company policies, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Connected services
FSOS may connect to third-party services, including eBay and QuickBooks Online, after an authorized user grants access. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. QuickBooks functionality in FSOS is intended to retrieve and display authorized financial reports and is not a substitute for professional accounting advice or the official accounting records maintained in QuickBooks.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with FSOS, introduce malicious code, access data without authorization, or use FSOS in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
FSOS is provided for internal operational use and may be changed, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance. EBISUG LLC may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, FSOS is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. EBISUG LLC is not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and contact
EBISUG LLC may suspend or terminate access when authorization ends or these terms are violated. Questions about these terms may be directed to EBISUG LLC through the contact information published on the Fire Sale Bin Store website.
