EBISUG LLC operates Fire Sale Operating System (FSOS), an internal inventory, warehouse, financial, and marketplace management application.

Information we process

When an authorized user connects an eBay or QuickBooks Online account, FSOS may process account and company identifiers, OAuth credentials, marketplace records, and financial reports needed to provide the authorized integration. QuickBooks access in FSOS is designed for read-only financial reporting.

How information is used

We use this information only to authenticate connected services, synchronize authorized marketplace operations, manage inventory and orders, display internal financial reports, and maintain the security and reliability of FSOS. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, sharing, and retention

OAuth credentials and synchronized records are stored in systems controlled by EBISUG LLC. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Information may be shared with eBay, Intuit, hosting or connectivity providers, and other service providers only when needed to operate FSOS or comply with law. Integration credentials are retained while a connection remains active and may be removed by disconnecting the service from FSOS.

Security and choices

We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards to protect stored information. Authorized users may revoke FSOS access through the connected service or disconnect the integration in FSOS.
